Refund policy

1. Order Type & General Policy

Many of our products are made-to-order or custom, including apparel and certain accessories. Because of this:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size, color, or variant selected by the customer
  • Shipping delays or carrier-related issues

Please review all product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.


2. 7-Day Return Eligibility (Non-Custom Items Only)

For eligible non-custom items, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging and tags
  • Proof of purchase is required

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.


3. Return Process

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive a return shipping label and instructions
  • Returns must be sent to:

Important:

  • Do not send items back without approval
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.


6. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

After this window, production may begin and orders can no longer be modified or canceled.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but not received:

  • First check with your local carrier and neighbors
  • If still missing, contact us and we will assist with filing a claim

Revolt Ride is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


8. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
